February Exercise Referral Events

Saturday 9th February

Catmose One Big Weekend is this weekend! It is a great chance to have a look at what sessions the centre has and have a try at them. The best thing is it’s FREE. There will be advice from people who teach each programme too. With lots of fun games and a social in The Old Buttercross afterwards.

Let’s Grow Together a big event at Oakham Castle which you can find a poster for this below.

Spaces available in the Steady Steps classes Tuesday at 12.30pm at the Active Rutland Hub. Led by a physio come and work on strength and balance in a group. If you know anyone that is worried about their strength and balance this would be a good class for them to come to.

Beginners Physio Led Pilates now has two classes you can attend, Mondays at 12.45pm at Inspire2tri in Manton and Fridays at 11am at the Active Rutland Hub. This is great if you are experiencing back pain.

There is a circuits rehab class on a Thursday evening at 6pm at Catmose Sports Centre. For anyone wanting to build confidence in classes but can only attend evening slots this could be for you.
