Living with a mental health problem can sometimes feel like too much to cope with and make day-to-day activities difficult. On top of this, the way we are living due to the pandemic adds to the impact of mental health issues. People with existing problems can find it especially stressful, and those who have not previously experienced mental health issues may struggle to cope with isolation and the immense changes to our way of life.
We would like you to know that you are not alone. There is help and support available both at your GP practice and in the wider community. The 4 Rutland GP practices are open 8am-6.30pm. Talk to us if you need help with your mental health – you can book an appointment online or by telephone. In an emergency, you can also call 999 or go to A&E.
Below are other services which are available outside of the GP hours or as an alternative/ additional support.
